It’s been a week that the Airtel broadband network is not running, you cannot connect to a single customer care executive or any nodal officer to talk to. In the COVID situation only, we had taken the Airtel connection to stay connected, I guess it was better to have the previous local internet connection where they are sufficient to cater a local area and atleast are reachable. Being a global giant you should have resolved this issue much earlier yet it’s been 7 days today, each day they are changing the date in the Airtel broadband app to the next day.
