Text of Complaint by Reva kaul:

Good evening,

Am reva kaul, was using your broadband services.

Account number- 7037603144

Had told you people to disconnect the services on February 5’2021. But, that didn’t happen.

We disconnected the services, as we had moved to a new location.

We had spoken to one of your executives over the phone (Mrs.naaz) and she assured that the services would be disconnected

But, received a bill for rs2038/- in July’2021

Had called the airtel customer service department and spoke with the supervisor(kunal sood) on July 20’2021. They told that the services would be disconnected with immediate effect. The amount would also be waived off. (Request number- 134231480)

But , nothing of that sort happened and today again we have received a reminder on Aug 21’2021 regarding the same and that our services would be disconnected, if we failed to make the payment

Again, I spoke with the airtel customer service department(supervisor- mallikarjun) on Aug 21′ 2021 (Interaction id- 1151311052)

They told that , they would call within 2-3 business days. But, they didn’t.

When I called them back @ 121, on Aug 30, in order to confirm the status-

Customer care executive- shiv Shankar
Supervisor- Ravi teja

These people disconnected the call, without any intimation

Then again called back- spoke to syed Mustafa (supervisor) and he told me that the account has been disconnected- so, the amount cannot be waived off.

But, the above information was not given on July 20, by Kunal sood or on Aug 21 by Mallikarjun (both claimed to be the supervisors)

Also, Kunal told me that the amount would be waived off – I.e when I spoke on July 20.
Also, told that a refund would be initiated I.e if applicable.

Had updated my new residential address, but when I reconfirmed the same later. It wasn’t done.

But, Syed told me on August 30- that no such notes were mentioned on the account.

Also, had sent an email to [email protected]
on Aug 21′ 2021 at 7.09pm. They have not responded, until now
