i want to register a complaint regarding airtel providers i booked a broadband where i paid the wholesome amount and the providers came to my house after calling them several times and the person who came for the optical fiber setup .There were total 3 persons one was setting up the wire and another two was setting up the main connection. So basically the problem is there is a tree in our locality which is not grown by us so in future the owner of the tree would cut that tree in which the cable would get damaged and would cause some future consequences so my father told instead of bringing wire from left side instead of bringing from right side as the tree is been tilted leftwards.The two guy as mentioned above started screeming on my parents that “we will not do you take your money and do whatever you want” the words used by the third person. As my parents being at a age of 53 never saw such a rude behaviour done by the such a reowned and reputed company
