Requested on 14th Nov to deactivate the safe custody to get resume my airtel broadband services. All dues were cleared on 7th Nov on time. Airtel backend team assured me that in the next 4 hrs(on 14th Nov only) services would be resumed.
Since then, called 50+ times Airtel but every time some lame excuses were given that my account is marked as barred and, their backend team is working on it. But awaiting from last 4 days to get the issue fixed.
Multiple emails are sent to [email protected] and to their Nodel Officer [email protected] but didn’t receive any single response or any call. Tweeted to their Twitter handle @airtelindia & @airtel_presence too.
