I Rajan Arora, 50 yrs old residing in Delhi. I had applied for Jio Broadband connection in November/December 2022, but somehow Airtel Sales team arrived for new connection, we were not interested in Airtel but they people were fraud and make us fool, that sales person name was Amit Chaudhary, and grabbed Rs. 4000 in advance for 6 months ( wifi and DTH ). Same day they installed the connection. We said we are not interested in your services, we want only MHONE SHRADDHA CHANNEL for LIVE AARTI OF MAA VAISHNO DEVI, MORNING and Evening. We don’t have time to see TV. But after 2-3 days we found some technical issues in wifi and DTH. We have made so many calls, mails, and filed complaints at Airtel store Meenakshi Garden. Now 15 days back one person came Pintu Kumar and checked that there was issue in new wifi machine which they have installed and replaced with another old machine, and it was working for next two days, third day we were left for Uttrakhand for 5 days vacation and received Message from Airtel that we have disconnect your services for non payment of Rs. 912.
We said we have not used your services due to your modem which was not working and we have paid Rs 4000 in advance for 6 months. Now one more bill added and unpaid amount is Rs. 1830.
From last 10 days Amit Chaudhary and another sales person calling me 3-4 times in a day and saying don’t pay any Bill payment to Airtel, give us new I’d and Rs. 4000 in advance for NEW AIRTEL CONNECTION. I have taken Screenshot of his messages also.
I am salaried person, this was my hard earned money, which you have stolen from me.
Airtel is very biggest fraud company, and will not recommend to any one.
Received so many harassment calls for payments.
Requesting you to please refund my money as earliest and waived all bills.
