I HAD APPLIED FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION LAST WEEK AND PAID A AMOUNT OF RS 3532/- IN ADVANCE TOWARDS THE CONNECTION SUBSCRIPTION FEES VIDE CONNECTION ID NO. 01244288791, BUT TILL DATE MY CONNECTION IS NOT INSTALLED AND LOCAL TEAM OF AIRTEL INSTALLATION IN MY AREA ARE REFUSING ME FOR CONNECTION AND SAYING THAT NO PORT IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA FOR NEW CONNECTION, BUT THAT IS NOT TRUTH I FOUND A PORT NEARLY 50 METERS FROM MY LOCATION (HEREBY PHOTO ATTACH),
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THAT MATTER ASAP.
