Text of Complaint by Sukhpreet Kaur:

I have requested airtel broadband connection on March 20,2020. On 21st March documentation process along with advance payment of 3 months was done. But nobody came to install modem and other accessories for broadband. Tried contacting with airtel customer support but received no response. I called them multiple times regarding cancellations of broadband request and to release refund for 3 months advance payment they have received. But they took no action regarding refund release process. Even not able to contact customer support as nobody is answering the calls. So please do the needful so that I can receive my refund of Rs 2828 from airtel.
