We purchase a connection of Airtel Broadband, while airtel installation we paid the bill of 3 months advance by Cheque…Airtel is not updated the payment and my connection is not working last 2 months.. and we mailed many times with all payment details but the problem is not resolved till now..

One more complain against Airtel regarding broadband after pathetic service of DTH which is not resolved yet. I done the payment for Airtel broadband service on 29th May and during the payment time sales representative committed me that connection will be installed within 2 days. But after 8 days no one came to install the broadband connection. On top of that the sales representative of Airtel stop picking up my phone for last 2 days after giving me several false commitment.
