Hi team,

I want to register a complaint against Airtel broadband team.

I placed request to discontinue my Broadband connection( landline number 01204902501 on 27th Aug, which got processed on 10th Sep.

There has been 826 rupees adjustment done due to a wrong bill generated in past too which I was made to pay, and 472 surplus payment also in account ( Total 1298 refund) attaching mail screenshot from Airtel appalette team

I have shared my cancelled cheque 5 times with team, they are not taking any action and even refused to share my last generated bill dated 27 Sep and deleted my broadband profile too.

 

On calling customer team, I am getting replies that team has provided resolution and they auto cancelled my Service request raised SR 121747368.

Sir, kindly look into this and stop this harassment done by Airtel team of its customer by playing such cheap tactics with customer’s hard earned money
