It’s been 2 weeks and I still didn’t get a refund of my payment(Rs. 2828).
On Sep-20-2020 I requested for Airtel broadband connection through the Airtel website.
Next day I got a call from a person called Anshul Yadav(M: 8920703403), he visited my place and collected all the documents, photo,driving licence and PAN. Before submitting documents I had asked him multiple times and he promised me that up-to 100mbps speed you will get.
So, I was happy I did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.
After I did the online payment Anshul promised me of connection on the same day, I waited for three days and I haven’t contacted by any technician from airtel, after that I was decided to call Anshul Yadav who collected my document but at that time he stated that the broadband connection at my location was not possible. Since Airtel is unable to provide broadband connection to my house. Why did he not inform me before Getting Rs.2828 from me? Even without verifying the broadband connection possibilities he just asked me to pay 2828 and after that he is saying connection is not possible. I requested him to Refund Rs 2828/-, Till now I didn’t get my Refund. If I called the person Anshul Yadav (Ph- 8920703403) – Who asked me to pay 2828 is not responding properly.
I also called customer care number(Ph- 0124 4444121) multiple times and asked them to refund my amount immediately. Every time they take all details but I don’t get my refund Rs 2828/-.
I want to get a refund of my payment immediately.
