Purchased half yearly internet broadband connection from airtel, post 2 months had to shift the house to near by flat. When asked with the technical team and contact center, was been informed no service in the respective apartment shifted flat. Contact center executive said she is cancelling the connectivity and had raised a refund for 3 months advanced paid rental. It’s been 4 months, no refund received
