I had requested for Airtel Broadband at my place. They asked me to pay an amount of Rs.3532. I double checked with them on the feasibility in my location. They said yes! We do have and later after paying Airtel technician called up and saying no we can’t install because we don’t have feasibility in your location.
It’s been more than a month since I submitted refund request. nodals.airtel and appleate.airtel are just saying I’ll get refund with 7-10working days. I am tired of following up. I request you guys to not to opt for Airtel services ever. Pathetic Experience!
Airtel is worst service provider.
