I recently ordered airtel broadband and paid money of 1768 rupees. But the airtel executive came to my area and saw said airtel broadband is not available in your area. Then next day airtel customer care contacted me and said wait for 1 week our team will upgrade the connectivity in your area. So after one week they called and said sorry sir due to some technical issues we can upgrade broadband in your area, so we will cancel the connection request and refund will be processed within one week. It’s been a week and there is no message or email stating the cancel request by me.
