Hi,

I had a broadband connection with Airtel India. I have requested for the connection to be disconnected and services stopped, airtel has agreed in written for the refund of the remaining funds in my account. It has been 6 months and there is no proper reply from airtel, everytime I call the customer care, I get to hear the same thing “Please wait for 2-4 hours, our team will get back to you.” I wrote 10 emails to airtel and there is no proper solution provided.
