I HAVE BOOKED FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE ON 11 – 2 – 2023
I paid Rs 2828 for 3 months connection later they informed me that i my area there is no airtel service and they promised to refund my money in within a week but its already More than a month passed i did’nt recive my money … I Called Airtel costumer care no 121 but They Are Bunch of Robot AI With human mask Repeating the same thing Again and again “your refund will be processed in 7-15 working days ” .. after 20 days .. where is my refund … Human Bots – “your refund will be processed in 7-15 working days ” … Dude its how many times …. Then i emailed airtel about my issue and About there AI Sick Customer care … The Asked Me to sent my bank statement and without statement They can’t do anything … I finally Got Some Hope that Some humans Employees Also exists in airtel … After 2 day i sent my account statement as they Asked …. They and after some hours they responded me …. Your Refund as been progressed we will update you in 2-3 days ….. I believed they will update me … But Its day 4 no updates from there …. I again mailed them … They Again responded ” Your Refund as been progressed we will update you in 2-3 days ” … Now i came to realization that AI Taking Our Jobs .. new Advanced Human like AI Are releasing every day … It is one of them But Bit Advanced That Able to fooled me And wasted my Week of waiting ….. Now i am so frustrated and Being To feel like i am scammed by airtel ….. I really don’t know what to do ….. Hope this complaint will help …. Hopes you are not a AI Too ….. If you want to contact I only Comfortable in my mother tongue tamil … I also mentioned in my email to airtel but I only Gets Hindi Call that also another frustration to me….. They Also closed my complaint in airtel thanks app without my concern ….. As they closed The complaint now i can’t contact airtel costumer care though 121 … Because there is no broadband related queries option available …. Either way it useless costumer care …. Please slove my issue ….. Airtel costumer for 4 years but Now i am really disappointed …..
