Text of Complaint by Ashish Tyagi:

I have raised a broadband disconnection request on 7th Feb 2022 , just after using the broadband for 1 Month and 1 week. Thanks to the sales team of yours they have told so many lies to me while selling it to me.

Now it’s been 6 months and I don’t know what the status of my refund.
