Text of Complaint by Sushil Mathews:

I have been a customer of various Airtel services for the last few decades and recently I’ve been pained to see the drop in the quality of services provided. I took a broadband connection recently that charges me for a 200Mbps plan but doesn’t give me more than 90-95Mbps. The technical team told me to use a LAN cable which I did but the difference has been marginal. I have not got a resolution for the last 6-8 months. Broadband Id: 048445401072_ker
