I am using Airtel xtream fiber connection due to work from home. I am facing the internet issue in every 2-3 days a week. Whenever we try to connect with customer care they provide false information.
due to their issue, My work getting pending.
If our recharge get over they cut the internet , then in there cases of internet outage, they will never provide extra days in validity. This is fraud, we should get what we pay for.
