My broadband plan change from 999 to 499 is in progress since 1 month. Im not understanding how they are serving the customer. It’s been 1 month and no action has been taken. I have called multiple time to care, visited store and no one is helpful to me. Many escalations happened for a simple plan change request which you can give in app. Everytime you provide fake commitment and no action taken.
