> Kindly reimburse my below two Airtel payments made for the Airtel
> broadband plan of Rs 799/month.

> Transaction details are mentioned below:

> Airtel product payment transaction id:529921625 of Rs 2122.82 payment
> made via on-line channel but KYC was not submitted online.
>
> Airtel product payment transaction id:529971517 of Rs 2122.82 payment
> made via on-line channel and KYC also  submitted successfully  online.
> (Installation of Airtel Broadband connection at the location not done
> even after successful payment and installation online)
>
> PFA the documents for the same.
