Text of Complaint by Arun Kumar:

I am getting an issue regarding the payment. I took a plan of 6 months and did payment of 3003 on 18th of April. My xtream fiber connection is not working from 1½ month because of the payment issue. As I talk to your customer care executive they told me that my payment reversed on 9th of June. But I didn’t get any reverse payment from your side. So I attached transaction screenshot and bank statement to the Airtel from 6th of June to 5th september to clear the issue.
I called them again and again from last 1½ months. But they told that we will resolve in 3 day, 7 days and soon.
I’m totally frustrated now due to this issue from last 1½ months or more days.
As I didn’t get any resolution. I want to file the complaint against Airtel.
1½ months is too much for any customer. I have all the proof against Airtel.
