Hi Team,
I would like to bring in your attention a small situation where in if your customer feels like his or her Airtel broadband password has been somehow compromised, now in this scenario I have tried several times to get it touch with your customer care executives but somehow I feel like I am not being heard or understood properly. I would request you to kindly educate me or provide me with a SOP to change my Airtel broadband password own my own.
Please escalate the matter further if not resolved from your end or kindly arrange a call back to get the matter resolved at the earliest? Awaiting your response?
