Dear Sir / Madam,
Airtel outage is happening at anytime prior any notification and it is always more than 5 hours due to which we are facing issue whilst working from home. Whenever, spoke to airtel team they reply that I have been transfer to other place, pls call 121. 121 never connects as usual.
Please do needful as they are failed to deliver the services as committed.
