Airtel Optic Fibre Broadband Connection
Post the cycloan amphan, our internet has not been working, for the last 15days we were being fooled that the regional fibre optic cable of Airtel was cut and will be repaired once CESC completes their job or restoring electricity,
To our surprise we have found that our neighbourhood building is having internet connection since last 10days (2days after the cycloan) but our services has not yet resumed ,
All the members of our complex (appx 20users of Airtel extreme Internet customers) are raising a complaint in consumer forum, that for the last 10days we are being made fools and harassed and been given False commitment and blatant lies from your Airtel support teams.
We want the this Forum to take full action against them
