I have taken the Airtel Broad band connection just on 17th July 2022.
Since I have taken this connection its harassing me as one day the modem got damaged due to some outside MCD work and when I made complaint to the customer care(01144444121) it has taken 1 week for them to replace the modem and it got installed on 01.082022 then again on 3.08.2022 the net work gone and since then I made several complain but they are not listening to it and saying engineer will visit so and so.
I have taken this connection only for my WFH but its effecting my work and personal life as well as official life.
