Text of Complaint by Rinki Dey:

I have Airtel Xtreme broadband connection fixed line landline no. *** and I am facing no connection issues from 7th Feb, in this regard I have raised complaint on 8th Feb (ticket Id – 10134901366) but after repeated calls and emails nothing has been done. You can check call logs from registered number as well. Each call ended in this conversation that my connection problem will be resolved but it’s the same story every other day.
