I request for a refund for 3 months for not able to use the internet on Landline number 02046307401.
I tried calling the customer care but couldn’t connect with anyone due to lockdown and the app couldn’t detect the issue.
Since it was unavailability from your their side I requested to get the full amount refunded.
Customer care couldn’t help so they sent me to nodal and applets department.
Now they came back saying we would refund Rs 118. Wherein I paid these guys roughly 2850 in 3 months and for the service which I was not able to use because of them.
I need the full refund of the amount.
