Hi,
I have multiple issue with the Airtel internet which is installed at my home.

1. Internet not working from today Fresh issue.
2. I have a CISCO any connect VPN connecting to the below mentioned address. From tow days i am facing issue in the VPN, it is not connecting . Please check and fix the same. All other network is working fine. VPN address: vpn.hbgusa.com/HBG-Employees (Major Job related Loss I am facing not able to work from HOME)
3. I am facing the issue accessing the multiple websites eg Yahoo, SBI , ICICI.
I have raised multiple request to the airtel team but they are not providing any solution. I am paying approx. 1100 Monthly for the internet connection
Felt Cheated in this case where I am making the payments and the issue is not resolved.
