My internet stopped working on 20th sept,22 around 11am. I raised a complaint by 2:30pm and was told that technician will visit my premises between 4pm to 5pm. Bt nobody visited and we did not received any updates from them. I raised a complaint again by 6pm and I was told issue will definitely be resolved by 8pm. Bt nobody bothered. It is so humiliating because our most of the work is dependent on internet and that is being stopped. Moreover, even after raising complaints they are not taking any action. Even when I asked them to let me know.the proces to close the connection, they are not responding. I have already paid for the services which I am not getting and nobody takes action on it. I want my refund for not using internet services for these days and want to close the airtel broadband connection.
