I have paid for 3 months 16Mbps connection for Airtel broadband. At the time of collecting documents, Airtel representative assured me that connection will be provided in my house within 3 days, but now Airtel is not providing installation. They just assure me via email that their team is working on that, but apart from that no other information comes from their side regarding the timelines.
I will be grateful if someone can help me in this regard.
