I’ve been calling airtel customer care for the past 2 months to disconnect my broadband connection and they keep deflecting me through various tactics, but never allow me to actually disconnect my service, meanwhile they keep charging me every month. Customer care firstly provide wrong emails purposefully which do not exist so that my written request doesn’t go through, refuses to give any reference number saying that there is a technical glitch after all their tactics fail and that i should contact after 15 days. I don’t have the mental capacity to fight with them anymore and I cannot keep paying for something which i absolutely don’t need anymore.
