I am writing this complaint today against the airtel broadband company who are constantly exploiting their consumers with delay in the connections after taking advance payment of 3 months. On 7-09-2020 salesman of airtel broadband took a 3 months advance payment and commited that the connection will be activated within 24-48 hours. Todays its been 7 days that i have paid for the connection and there is no internet facility provided by the company. Moreover the salesman is not answering the call. After complaining to the airtel customer care via ivr and also on emal their constant reply is same that we will get it checked and our team will call you back, But l never received any call back with any update regarding my connection activation. On the commitment of the salesperson i asked my existing internet service provider to suspend my connection. Due to which my work is suffering with no internet connectivity. I request that some neccessary actions should be taken regarding the same and the complaint should be resolve earliest.
