Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked new broad band connection on April 18, 2020. Before paying money I checked with who came to collect the documents. Can I get with in day. He said yes. So I paid the money online. And I given complain about this to Airtel mail id on April 22. First the replied because of corona problem it will take time. I replied for that mail before paying money I checked and paid so please cancel it and send back my money to my account and I sent my account details. For that they replied send mobile number. Immediately I sent my mobile number. From there still now no reply from them.
