Dear,

My account Airtel Broadband no is 02048558992.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I have received from your company from 23 April 2023 till date. Despite numerous efforts to contact your customer service team, my issue has remained unresolved, Airtel engineer has never visited on-site to check actual issue however he marked the case as resolved as they have a choice to mark as resolved case.

I initially contacted your customer service team on 23 April 2023 to report a problem. I followed up with multiple requests by contacting the customer service team by phone on 23rd April 2023 and later. However, I have yet to hear back, and my issue remains unresolved (they are filing complaints only but not taking action).

Internet issue is impacting daily job and other internet usages. With trust I set up Airtel broadband expecting will have a better service, but unfortunately facing a lot of issues than local ISPs.

Never expected Airtel will have the worst customer service and are not able to fulfill the commitment they made publicly.
