Greetings of the Day!!

My account Airtel Broadband no is 02240061987

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service i have received from your company from 4 jan 2023 till date. Despite numerous efforts to contact your customer service team, my issue is I am not able to use broadband and DTH service from 4th Jan 2023 and still not been resolved.

I initially contacted your customer service team on 4 jan, 2023 to report a problem. I followed up with 5 to 6 additional request on airtel app on till date , i also attempted to contact your customer service team by phone on 8 jan 2023 & 11 jan 2023. However, i have yet to hear back, and my issue remains unresolved.

I understand that customer service issues can take time to resolve. However, i expect better service from your company. I would appreciate a response from your team as soon as possible.

NOW Its hampering my job and my child studies as he has exam and one one is listing my request .
DUE Airtel has monopoly for the fiber line in our building we cannot bring other services provide and wait….
PLEASE LOOK AFTER THIS MATTER ON URGENT BASES .
