applied Airtel Broadband connection on June/27/2020 , technician told me connection will be active with in 24 hours, some third party person put the wire from pole to my home on June/28/2020. installation person from airtel told me installation will be completed within 1hour. from that time ( June/28/2020 time : 02:30PM) i didn’t received any call from your end for the installation.
1. Called customer care 121 on June/29/2020, ask me to wait for 24 hours more. it got crossed already.
2. when i called sales person/technician , getting response this will completed within 4 hours (i am getting this from last 2 days, but no response yet )
i am the one who is calling to customer support and technical team , sales person from last 2 days , but no one responded to the query.
if the service is like this before taking connection, what we can expect (being India’s no 1 network)
