Hi Team – There is Airtel fible line work going on in Kalkaji K block area New delhi. The conteactoes have digged the roads and streets for last 15 days and have not done any work since then.  On calling the contractor Mr Sachin ( Mob#8882925905) he has threatened me that work will be done at leisure and can’t be closed till wore work is done.  When i iaid i will make police complaint – he said no one can take action against us and if i call him again he will not do the work at all.
