I am using Airtel Broadband service for 5 months and facing multiple disconnection problems.
And it’s been 12 days since we don’t have internet in our home.
I reached out to airtel customer care service, but they are not resolving my issue and keeping me in hold during the call.
This is second time during last one month.
I am in helpless situation, don’t know whom to reach out.
I have paid six months money in advance.
