Text of Complaint by Sandhya Nallamotu:

Frequent disconnection of Airtel WiFi service. It is 3rd time in this month (Jul’24) that we are facing the disconnection. First on 7th July it got disconnected and it took over 2 days to get the issue fixed. Second on 27th July it got disconnected, after chasing airtel service desk, the service resumed on 28th July but got disconnected after few hours. From 28th July to till date (30th July 10:15AM) the service is not restored. A big distress, totally impacting our ability to work from home forcing us to work from office. The service is inconsistent and unreliable. Can’t plan anything seeing the nature of service.
