Text of Complaint by Rahul Nathan:

I am a airtel broadband user last month they service technical issue for my entire area for 3 days and at the same time they didn’t give any wave off or date extension. The same thing happen again this month they service a technical issue from yesterday till now they didn’t solve the issue i need a refund for my current plan(6months) i used 1 month remaining 5 months i need a refund and also i want to change the network .
