- Hi Team,
I was earlier located in a place where I used to use Airtel and there were no hassles. However, I recently relocated and changed my Airtel Broadband line to the new address. Ever since then almost everyday, I have to file a complaint on twitter where I don’t get a proper response.
The problem is, from my Airtel pole where they have given me a connection, there are several other connections and everytime an engineer visits the Airtel pole to do something, my broadband gets affected for at least half a day. Today aloan 2 engineers visited and assisted that this issue will not happen again. However, now again the issue is there where my broadband is not working and I work from home which makes it very hard to work, considering the present work from home given because of the covid19. If I should go to office and work, which our office has given strict instructions, that would be our risk and if I am diagnosed with Covid19. Will Airtel help me out. I need to get this issue sorted.
