My WiFi connection hasn’t worked since July 22, 2022, with the exception of one day. On August 2, 2022, I once more submitted a new service request for this. In order to work from home, I use the internet. A day without internet communication would cost me money. Please comprehend my predicament and offer the remedy as soon as possible.

Could you please analyze why this problem occurs so frequently?
Why is the wifi not working?
What is the problem with Airtel Broadband?
Why don’t the Airtel technicians react right away?
Why doesn’t Airtel reply to customer complaints right away?
Why does Airtel require so much of time to react or provide solution?
You can imagine how annoyed I am that I am paying for a service but not receiving it.
Clearly inform the customer if airtel is unable to perform the service.
Prior to this, all mail was forwarded to the following addresses: ombudsperson@bharti.in, 121@in.airtel.com, nodal appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com. But nobody responded. Who is in fact responsible one for all this?
