Airtel broadband is not working since 8th July and I cannot use internet to do my job and working from relative’s house.
1. I lodged a complaint on 8th July and a service engineer was assigned Aman Kumar having mobile number – 8123756067 but that person never visited to solved the problem and not even bothered to answer my repeated calls.
2. Since that day i have been speaking to customer care every day but there is no resolution. on 16th July, one service engineer Arun Kumar having mobile number 9914011023 visited to check the problem and assured that issue will be resolved in 4 hours. since then he is also not responding to my call.
3. Airtel chatbot in their thanks app is worthless. Airtel customer care is just apologizing and providing false reassurances. The local ground team of service engineers are just irresponsible bunch of people with not ethical code.
