Airtel broadband is not working .
Raise service request on 29 Aug.
Assigned Engineer but he not picking the call.
I called him more than 7 times at different different time. No call back as well.
Went to the gallery they told outage issue.
If outages issue in same apartment other person able to use internet but not me
People are saying if any issue coming within 3 hr it will resolve.
You forgot about issue resolve. People not at all responding correctly.
