Dear Sir,
I am an airtel customer and I have airtel broadband connection in my home. The internet is not working since last 5 days and I already asked airtel customer care to resolve the issue. Till now there is no solution. First day one person from airtel came to visit the issue and charging 400 Rs and when I asked for bill he refused to provide me bill. I told him I will not pay anything without bill then he gone without resolving my issue and till now the my issue is not resolved. I am calling everyday airtel customer care but they are not provide me solution juts kept me waiting. I am very disappointed because of airtel service behavior. My all office work is affected because of no internet. Please help me to solve this issue.
