I requested the airtel broadband customer care in the month of Novemder 2021 for closing my internet connection as I was moving to another city. The customer are team asked me to clear the pending dues of 924 rs and I paid the same amount before they can proceed further on my closure request. They kept calling me and kept asking me the reason for closure through many calls and I told them that I am moving. They still did not close my connection and keep sending me the bills even though I am not consuming their service. It’s literally a torture for me to keep answering their calls and they do not provide closure Also for last 2 months they are generating bills and calling me to make the payments. I am helpless on this matter as I feel they are putting bills on my account for no reason and providing no resolution. I am attaching the Text messages from Airtel which has payment details I have made to clear the dues. After making the payment they did put my account on lock abd then resumed the service again without any consent from my side and now they are asking for bills.
