i am complaining from the last 4 week about the same problem that i am an online teacher and not getting enough speed as they promised me during the plan activation. i am an airtel consumer from last 6 month, everything was good in first 5 month but in last month ,,,o God.

data transfer speed drop drastically. to attach a 20mb file in email it took 35 min.

when i put a complain for this technician came and said they can only check with speed test only rest they dont know ….. whats the point of such technician if they can’t find out the issue
