I have been calling Airtel customer care repeatedly for the last 5 days to get my internet fixed they are not able to assign a technician that can look at my complaint, being an IT engineer my job solely depends upon the wifi connection. I have been facing problem working at my job because of this. Even after taking advance payment of 4k they are unable to assign a single technician the problem has lasted almost a week now.
