I have paid the cost of around 1.5k to get my airtel fiber internet connection back up after it was exhausted for the month but the connection has still not being activated .I hoped paying the bill would get back the service immediately.
The customer service number (automated) assigned me an executive who will call me by 27th April(compliant id-116975056) which is unacceptable as I believe the internet should be start as soon as payment was done in full . Internet is a crucial part of the work from home and has caused my significant damages in running my online business . Please get this sorted with as I need my internet connection ASAP.
The automated customer service doesn’t connect to any human specialist with whom I can talk which caused a great deal of pain to get this started this I’m hoping this compliant my internet would be started ASAP.
