Text of Complaint by Sanjay Sarkar:

Respected Sir,

I am Sanjay Sarkar here and would like to inform you that I installed Airtel broadband internet connection on 2/11/ 2021 and my connection is totally off from 26/11/2021 and still unable to get back my connection at working condition.

And from last Friday 26/11/2021, I started getting this message from yours end till now which is as follows:

” Hi, we regret for the delay caused towards resolving your service request. It is our constant endeavor to help you stay connected. Our team is still working to resolve your service request no 140147366 for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 033103025031_dsl and will keep you informed on this. To track your request, click www.airtel.in/track-order ”

As my broadband connection is still not working and I am really feeling absolutely helpless. Some of my very urgent online works has been pending for a long time.

I can’t understand that what is the fault from my end. Your technical person came to me on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning but couldn’t able to resolve the issue and kept on telling me that it will be done within a short time for many days whenever I called him.

Please take some necessary action from yours end as early as possible.
